Objectives:

We create that environment by:

• providing an incentive program which distributes vouchers for infant supplies and materials to parents participating in programs promoting healthy babies,
  
  
• collaborating with area medical professionals, social service agencies, educators and other direct service providers to parents and soon-to-be parents, and by
  
  
• increasing public awareness of the need and benefits of prenatal and well-baby care
